Mobile Crane plays an important role in heavy material handling in construction, industrial, municipal applications. Hengli provide these cranes with safety related components, such as telescopic, boom, outrigger and jack cylinders, which we develop through cooperation with our customers. The range stretches from small city cranes with capacities of 20 t up to large 9-axle cranes with capacities up to 1,200t.

The requirements placed on the various cylinders range from weight optimization, which requires the use of high strength material. We also take the operation temperature as an important consideration when we choose material and seals .We also have rich experience in designing  single or multiple stage telescopic cylinders with internal oil supply and counter balance lock valves.
